• Lead daily store operations and monitor key performance indicators to drive results.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team while effectively managing schedules and task assignments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, identify growth opportunities, and improve store performance.
• Train staff on skincare, makeup, customer service essentials, and brand standards.
• Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service recovery with professionalism.
• Oversee stock levels, inventory accuracy, and product ordering to ensure full availability.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure a clean, engaging, and brand‑aligned store environment.
• Prepare and review daily and weekly sales reports, sharing insights to improve performance.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably within beauty, skincare, or fashion retail.
• Strong leadership, team‑building, and people‑management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, with confidence in interacting with customers and staff.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand KPIs and drive operational decisions.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and Korean trends is a strong advantage.
