• Assist customers in selecting makeup shades and products suited to their skin tone, style, and needs.
• Perform mini makeovers and live product demonstrations to showcase application techniques.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling, and exceptional customer engagement.
• Support visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Provide beauty advice, tips, and trend insights—including popular Korean makeup looks and routines.
• Keep up to date with new product launches, seasonal trends, and hero items in the K‑beauty space.

• Experience in makeup retail, beauty consultancy, or professional artistry.
• Knowledge of Korean makeup brands and techniques is a strong advantage.
• Customer-focused mindset with a confident and friendly personality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
