Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Storekeeper to join our Facility Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Organize and manage the storage area for easy access and safety.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments and transfers.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the storage area.
- Assist in inventory forecasting and replenishment planning.
- Train and supervise junior staff, if applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage facility.
- Issue materials as per project or maintenance requirements.
- Keep accurate stock records and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of supplies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in store keeping, preferably in facility management or construction.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel / inventory software).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and integrity.
