Job Description

We're Hiring:
Storekeeper –Prime Z Facility Management W.L.L

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Storekeeper to join our Facility Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
  • Organize and manage the storage area for easy access and safety.
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments and transfers.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the storage area.
  • Assist in inventory forecasting and replenishment planning.
  • Train and supervise junior staff, if applicable.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage facility.
  • Issue materials as per project or maintenance requirements.
  • Keep accurate stock records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of supplies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in store keeping, preferably in facility management or construction.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel / inventory software).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and integrity.
