Job Description
As a Sales Associate, you will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver a complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience for customers, maximizing sales. You are also expected to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, minimize stock loss, and represent the brand to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and understand their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and provide accurate product information.
- Process transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Maintain store appearance, including displays and stock organization.
- Work with a team to meet sales targets and manage store performance.
- Must be a Russian speaker.
- Ability to perform manual duties, stand for long periods, and lift light to medium loads.
- Basic IT skills for point of sale and inventory systems.
Location:
Qatar
Salary range: QAR 4,000 – QAR 8,000 per month. Commission and bonuses may apply.
