A leading group of companies is looking for competent Store Supervisors.

Applicants must be capable of managing daily operations, overseeing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet sales targets. Key duties involve supervising staff through training and scheduling, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and managing stock and store cleanliness. Supervisors are also responsible for implementing sales strategies and reporting on store performance to management.

• Staff management:
  Supervise, train, coach, and motivate store staff. Create work schedules, assign duties, and evaluate employee performance.
• Customer service:
  Ensure staff provides excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
• Inventory control:
  Monitor stock levels, oversee the receiving and stocking of merchandise, and ensure inventory is accurate and replenished as needed.
• Store operations:
  Manage the day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
• Store appearance and safety:
  Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Implement and enforce company policies, safety regulations, and security measures.
• Sales and performance:
  Monitor sales performance, implement sales strategies, and prepare reports on store performance for management.

• Experience in retail and/or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
