Skydrops is seeking an experienced Merchandiser with 5–7 years of FMCG merchandising experience to manage the distribution, availability, and in-store execution of our full product portfolio across modern trade and key retail partners in Qatar.
The role is critical in driving SKU availability, shelf space growth, stock replenishment, and launch execution.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure full portfolio distribution and on-shelf availability across assigned stores
- Prevent out-of-stock situations by monitoring inventory and initiating sales orders with store managers
- Coordinate closely with operations and logistics to ensure timely replenishment
- Execute and maintain approved planograms and premium shelf presentation
- Support new product launches, in-store promotions, and sampling activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail stakeholders
- 5–7 years of experience as a merchandiser in FMCG / modern trade
- Strong experience working with supermarkets in Qatar >
- Good communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
- Physically able to cover multiple stores daily
- Valid Qatar driving license (preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple stores and improve shelf execution
