We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Telecom Store Keeper to manage and control telecom inventory, including SIM cards, 5G devices, tablets, and related accessories. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping, maintain proper stock levels, support operational audits, and prepare regular inventory and reconciliation reports.

• Manage day-to-day telecom store inventory operations.
• Handle and track types of SIM cards (Prepaid, Postpaid).
• Receive, verify, and issue 5G devices and tablets to sales and retail teams.
• Maintain accurate stock records in the system and ensure all movements are properly documented.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare inventory reports and support reconciliation with finance and operations teams.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for replenishment and returns.
• Ensure all products are stored safely and comply with company and telecom operator standards.
• Support periodic internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
• Report discrepancies or stock variances immediately to management.

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in telecom, retail, or inventory management roles.
• Strong understanding of telecom products (SIM cards, devices, tablets).
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.

• Experience in telecom operations or working with mobile network operators (e.g., Vodafone, Ooredoo).
• Knowledge of stock reconciliation and audit procedures.
