The Art of Cardz (AOC), part of SHIFT Group, is looking for a creative and customer-focused Sales Associate / Content Creator to join our retail and community-driven team. This role combines front-line sales with hands-on content creation to support our brand presence and in-store experience.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in-store while creating and supporting digital content that reflects AOC’s brand, products, and community culture.

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Drive sales through recommendations, upselling, and promotions
• Support daily store operations, merchandising, and stock handling
• Assist during tournaments, trade nights, and in-store events

• Create and capture content for social media (posts, stories, reels, short videos)
• Take photos and videos in-store and during events using mobile or store devices
• Design simple visual content such as posters, social media graphics, and event announcements
• Support content planning and posting in coordination with the Marketing team
• Ensure all content aligns with AOC brand tone and guidelines

• Engage with TCG players, collectors, and store visitors in-store and online
• Support community events, launches, and activations
• Act as a brand ambassador for Art of Cardz

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, content creation, or a related role
• Working knowledge of Canva (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator is a plus)
• Basic understanding of Instagram and Tik Tok content formats
• Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with customers
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail
• Interest in trading card games (TCG), gaming, or pop culture is an advantage
• Energetic, organized, and able to multitask
