Role Overview

Clothivia is opening its flagship boutique in Al Hazm, one of Qatar's most prestigious destinations. We are looking for an elegant, confident, and experienced Sales Associate who can deliver a world-class customer experience and represent Clothivia's luxury menswear brand at the highest standard.

This role requires someone who understands premium service, is passionate about fashion, and knows how to handle VIP clients in a high-end environment like Al Hazm.

• Welcome clients with a premium, polished approach suitable for Al Hazm luxury standards.
• Understand clients' needs and offer personalized styling advice across all Clothivia collections.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and maximize store performance.
• Guide clients on fits, fabrics, and full looks (jackets, knitwear, trousers, linen, etc.).
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase AOV.
• Maintain the boutique ambiance, ensuring it matches Al Hazm luxury expectations.
• Execute visual merchandising standards at all times.
• Ensure all displays, mannequins, and product presentations are perfect.

• Build strong relationships with VIPs and returning clients.
• Maintain a database of loyal customers through Shopify POS.
• Assist with private appointments and personalized shopping experiences.

• Process payments, handle packaging, and manage POS transactions.
• Support with stock management: receiving, restocking, and transfers.
• Assist during activations, pop-ups, and brand events inside Al Hazm or other locations.

• Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written).
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-end menswear.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed and presentable, with strong fashion sense.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, events).
• Familiarity with Shopify POS is a plus.
