Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Doha, Qatar, for an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator. The Coordinator will manage daily operations of the e‑commerce platform, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory management, and timely deliveries. Responsibilities include coordinating with different teams to streamline workflows, maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient service, managing returns and exchanges, and analyzing operational performance to suggest process improvements.

The role also demands ensuring compliance with company policies and optimizing the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and responding to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Customer Service to oversee e‑commerce workflows and maintain high service quality.
  • Administrative Assistance capabilities for managing records, coordinating tasks, and ensuring accuracy in processes.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively and work in a dynamic and fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail operations is an advantage.
