- Demonstrate product usage, texture, and application techniques with confidence and accuracy.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets through exceptional customer engagement.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to skincare concerns, product usage, and routine building.
- Maintain an organized skincare section, ensure testers are clean and stocked, and support visual merchandising standards.
- Stay updated on Korean skincare trends, product launches, and best-selling routines.
- Experience in skincare retail, beauty advisory, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of Korean skincare brands, routines, and ingredients.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a passion for educating others.
- Ability to build customer trust and create personalized skincare experiences.
