- The Sales Merchandiser for the Electronics Division at DOMASCO is responsible for achieving sales targets in hypermarket outlets by managing inventory, merchandising effectively, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires maintaining the brand image through proper product display and stock security compliance. The successful candidate will report quality issues, document transactions accurately, and monitor market dynamics to stay competitive.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set for hypermarket outlets.
- Determine customer needs and assist with queries and objections to ensure product selection and close of sale.
- Ensure stocks are properly replenished to avoid loss of sale.
- Effectively merchandise products to enhance brand image and visibility.
- Ensure the security of stock at the location.
- Provide sound customer care and assistance to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate efficient delivery to customers with the concerned staff.
- Report any product quality issues to the service center and Sales Manager.
- Maintain documents and records such as LPOs, invoices, and delivery notes as per company procedures.
- Monitor competitor activities and stay informed of the latest products to effectively meet competition.

The Role
- 2‑3 years of experience in similar sales roles with exposure to retail operations of consumer products.
- Retail and merchandising skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, with proficiency in Arabic being advantageous.
- Familiarity with computer usage and MS Office products.
