Job Description
- Ensures that all security measures, procedures, and personnel are operating in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Verify that all security measures, procedures, and personnel
- Plan and execute scheduled and unannounced audits
- Lead focused compliance investigations on breaches
- Coordinate multidisciplinary audit teams.
- Document findings, issue corrective‑action plans, and track closure.
- Analyses incident data for trends and recommend preventive measures.
- Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to security staff on quality standards.
- Prepare concise security‑quality reports and KPI dashboards.
- Maintain a real‑time incident dashboard showing trends in security breaches, response times, and audit scores.
- Deliver clear MS Outlook briefings and compile executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations for leadership and accreditation bodies.
