Good day, we are looking for a highly skilled Personal Security Specialist / Close Protection Officer to provide professional, discreet, and reliable security services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in personal protection, threat assessment, and risk management, ensuring the safety and security of assigned individuals at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Proactive Security Planning & Risk Assessment

Conduct advance threat and risk assessments for the principal's residence, workplace, and travel destinations.

Perform advance work: surveying routes, venues, and hotels to identify vulnerabilities and establish secure perimeters.

Develop and continually update comprehensive security plans, protocols, and emergency procedures (e.g., evacuation, medical emergency, attack).

Monitor global and local news and intelligence sources for potential threats that could impact the principal.

• Protective Operations & Secure Transportation

Provide a visible and discreet protective presence for the principal during all movements (on foot, in vehicles, at events).

Execute secure transportation, including driving the principal and performing defensive/evasive driving maneuvers when necessary.

Manage the principal's proximity in public, controlling access and maintaining a safe buffer zone.

Conduct counter-surveillance to detect and deter anyone who may be observing the principal or their routine.

• Security Technology & Equipment Management

Operate and maintain security equipment such as armored vehicles, communications systems (e.g., two-way radios), and surveillance detection tools.

Ensure all security technology at the principal's residence and office (CCTV, alarm systems, access control) is fully functional.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of all physical security measures.

Serve as the primary point of contact and coordination with other security personnel, local law enforcement, and private security firms.

Brief the principal and their family on potential risks, security protocols, and situational updates in a clear, calm manner.

Maintain clear, constant, and concise communication with the entire protection team during operations.

• Emergency Response & Crisis Management

Act as a first responder in a crisis, whether medical, fire, or a direct attack.

Execute emergency extraction and evacuation plans under high-stress conditions.

Provide immediate medical assistance, including CPR and first aid, until professional medical help arrives.

Manage the scene of an incident and serve as a professional witness for law enforcement.

• Administrative & Discretionary Duties

Maintain detailed and confidential logs of daily activities, security incidents, and expenses.

Exercise the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding the principal’s personal life, schedule, and business affairs.

Qualifications:

Adapt to a flexible schedule, often working long or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, to align with the principal’s movements.
