We have an urgent requirement for a Senior Backend Developer – Java with Restful API and Spring Boot experience in the Banking Domain.

Responsibilities and requirements include:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using the Spring Boot framework.
• Expertise in building RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, with a strong understanding of design patterns and best practices.
• Proficiency in Java programming language and object‑oriented design principles.
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with Dev Ops practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Knowledge of the Banking Domain.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of high‑performance APIs and provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope.
• Architect secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions and optimize API performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and troubleshoot complex issues.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Java development, with deep understanding of the Banking Domain.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coordinating with infrastructure teams for deployment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
