We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Application Developer / Consultant to design, develop, deploy, and support high-quality mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. This role focuses on cross-platform and native mobile development, application lifecycle management, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required.

• Design, develop, and deploy mobile applications using modern frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, and contemporary MVC‑based architectures, and deliver applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Manage release processes, set up continuous integration and deployment pipelines, and implement test automation and CI/CD best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain source control, perform unit testing and automated testing to ensure high code quality.
• Develop and maintain secure and scalable mobile applications that support RESTful APIs and CRUD operations, with experience in C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Perform native iOS and Android development/debugging when required, customize third‑party libraries, and own developed features.
• Implement custom UI components, manage network communication, multi‑threading, persistence, performance optimization, debugging, memory management, translating wireframes and user stories into functional apps.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and conduct root‑cause analysis for technical and functional issues.
• Collaborate with team members across client engagements, lead knowledge‑sharing and provide technical/functional training, maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Support architectural and performance improvements, perform application testing after enhancements and upgrades, implement role‑based access control and security, diagnose production issues, manage vendor support tickets, incident tickets, and change requests for CAB approval.

• Bachelor's degree in an IT‑related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in mobile application development and delivery.
• Strong expertise in cross‑platform and native mobile development, CI/CD, application security, and enterprise‑grade mobile solutions.
• Applicable certifications are a plus.

Bi‑lingual proficiency in Arabic and English (reading and writing) is required.
