Telemetry & IoT Developer – AI Vending Systems

1. IoT System Development

• Design and implement IoT-based solutions for vending machines, including hardware integration, firmware development, and cloud communication.
• Develop telemetry systems for real-time data collection on sales, inventory, temperature, energy usage, and machine status.
• Work with various communication protocols (MQTT, Modbus, TCP / IP, LoRa, GSM, Wi‑Fi, etc.).
• Integrate third‑party IoT platforms or develop custom dashboards for monitoring and reporting.

• Interface with vending controllers, sensors, payment systems, and telemetry modules.
• Configure and calibrate smart devices (e.g., sensors, gateways, and controllers).
• Ensure reliable data transmission and secure connectivity between field devices and backend systems.

• Develop or integrate APIs for data exchange with ERP, CRM, or POS systems.
• Manage databases and data visualization dashboards.
• Collaborate with software developers to build mobile / web applications for remote monitoring and control.
• Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for operations and maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to IoT and telemetry systems.
• Monitor system performance, security, and uptime.
• Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals.

• Research new IoT technologies and telemetry solutions to enhance vending performance and reliability.
• Test and validate new communication modules, sensors, and embedded technologies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and technology partners for system upgrades and innovations.
