Pilates Instructor – Luxury Studio, Al Wakrah (Qatar)

Salary : $2,500–$2,700 USD per month (tax-free) + commission and full expat package

This is a unique opportunity to join a luxury Pilates studio in the coastal city of Al Wakrah, just south of Doha. Known for its tranquil setting and growing wellness scene, this studio offers a premium experience to a high-end clientele and is seeking a talented Reformer Pilates Instructor who is passionate about delivering exceptional classes and building strong, long-term client relationships.

As a Pilates Instructor here, you’ll lead 4–5 group and private sessions each day, play an active role in maintaining the studio’s premium standards, and help shape a supportive, community-driven environment. What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering 4–5 Reformer Pilates sessions daily, both group and private
• Building strong, ongoing relationships with clients through clear communication and encouragement
• Supervising the studio during your shift and ensuring it remains immaculate and welcoming
• Supporting clients with a generous, positive, and professional approach
• Working 6 days per week, 8-hour shifts including a 1-hour break
• Reporting directly to the owner

About You

• Qualified in Reformer Pilates with experience leading both group classes and 1 : 1 sessions
• High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
• Warm, engaging personality with a supportive and service-led approach
• Professional, reliable, and confident in delivering exceptional experiences
• A university degree is preferred for visa purposes, but this is flexible depending on the candidate
