Ground handling services have been the cornerstone of QAS for nearly two decades, serving as the exclusive provider for international airport operations in Qatar. From its inception at Doha International Airport to its current role at Hamad International Airport, QAS has consistently upheld a standard of excellence in ground handling operations.

The QAS Passenger Services team is responsible for creating a smooth, professional and seamless customer experience from curbside to boarding, for all international airlines, VVIP private fleet and executive charter customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Check‑in and boarding
• Transfer and arrivals
• Lost and found
• Porterage and trolley management
• Assistance for passengers with reduced mobility

Airside Operations cover a wide range of services above and below the wings, delivered by highly skilled and OEM trained staff. QAS Engineering Services provides maintenance and workshop facilities.

• Loading and offloading
• Cabin appearance and turnaround coordination
• Ground transportation and support
• Equipment operations and baggage handling
• Engineering and workshop services

• Customer Services Agent
• Customer Services Agent – Buggy Operator
• Senior Service Excellence Delivery Agent
• Ground Handling Agent
• Baggage Team Leader
• Airside Team Leader
• Cabin Appearance Agent
• Cargo & Baggage Transport Driver
• Body Shop Technician
• GSE Technician
• GSE Workshop Assistant

  Fixed‑term contract – 3 years
• Job Type
  :
  Shift‑based work. Working hours are 48 hours per week with paid overtime if required.
• Allowances
  :
  Transportation, company housing, uniform, laundry, and meal provisions.

  Annual leave and flight benefits.

• High School qualification with a minimum of 2 years of job‑related experience.
• Or bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of job‑related experience.
