• We are seeking a responsible and well‑organized Assistant Transport Coordinator to support the daily operations of the school transport department.
• The role involves coordinating bus routes, ensuring student safety, maintaining transport records, and assisting with vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Valid HTV Driving License with 2 years minimum experience

• Assist in planning and managing daily bus routes and schedules
• Coordinate student pick‑up and drop‑off arrangements
• Ensure timely arrival and departure of all school buses
• Monitor student safety and discipline during transportation
• Assist with routing and transport arrangements for summer and winter camps
• Handle transport‑related queries, complaints, and incidents professionally
• Maintain effective communication with drivers and bus attendants
• Maintain accurate transport records, logs, and reports
• Support regular vehicle inspections, maintenance, and compliance checks
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly vehicle maintenance plans
• Follow up with garages or authorized dealers to ensure timely maintenance
• Ensure adherence to MOE and all local transport regulations

• Previous experience in school transport or coordination preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure
• Knowledge of transport safety standards and regulations
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Knowledge of record keeping

• Minimum diploma / graduate preferred
• Experience in school transport / logistics is an advantage
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to handle emergencies responsibly
• Basic computer skills
