Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Heavy Driver to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials using medium trucks, ensuring timely delivery, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with all road safety regulations.

• Safely operate heavy-duty trucks and trailers for transporting goods between warehouses, distribution centers, ports, and customer locations.
• Load and unload cargo while ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules as provided by dispatch or logistics supervisors.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logbooks, delivery notes, and fuel receipts.
• Ensure that all cargo is delivered on time and in good condition.
• Communicate with the logistics coordinator to report delays, accidents, or equipment issues.
• Perform basic maintenance checks and keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.

• Valid Heavy Vehicle License – Qatar License
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a heavy vehicle/truck driver, preferably in a logistics or distribution environment.
• With Transferable Visa/Sponsorship
• Good knowledge of transportation routes, road safety regulations, and vehicle operation.
• Ability to use GPS and other navigation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items as needed.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.

• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse documentation and delivery procedures.
• Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) is an advantage.
