We are hiring Bus Drivers (Mass Transit) for Mowasalat – Karwa in Qatar.

The selected candidates will be responsible for the safe, efficient and professional transportation of passengers while following assigned routes,schedules, traffic regulations and company safety standards.

• Safely operate Mowasalat/Karwa buses on assigned routes and schedules.
• Transport passengers safely, comfortably and professionally.
• Follow Qatar traffic laws, road safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to assigned duty schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report accidents, vehicle defects, breakdowns and safety issues immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned bus.
• Assist passengers courteously and provide professional customer service.
• Complete required trip, vehicle and operational records.

• Qatari Bus Driving License Mandatory
• Able to speak basic English
• Minimum High School Passed
• Age should be 25 to 45 Yrs
• Physically Fit

• Excellent safe and defensive driving skills.
• Good knowledge of traffic rules and road safety practices.
• Ability to follow routes, schedules and operational instructions.
• Good passenger handling and customer service skills.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, disciplined and responsible work attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy traffic and passenger situations.
• Basic vehicle inspection and defect-reporting awareness.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
