WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose:

To ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely coordination of distribution activities, supporting overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Executive.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency in SAP systems for transaction and record management.
• Good coordination and communication skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be currently residing in Qatar.
• Possession of a valid QID and Food Handling Certificate.
• Immediate availability to join.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Planning & Coordination:

• Plan and schedule deliveries to meet 100% of delivery targets.
• Assign deliveries to the correct delivery teams for optimal efficiency.
• Coordinate with commercial and distribution teams to understand requirements and resolve operational issues.
• Analyze cancelled orders daily and work with relevant teams to minimize cancellations.
• Ensure proper utilization of distribution resources (vehicles and manpower).

System & Documentation Management:

• Capture all system transactions accurately with zero errors to maintain up-to-date records.
• Maintain daily records of processed orders and share relevant reports with the line manager.
• Keep accurate documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.

Warehouse Operations:

• Perform 100% checking and verification of all inbound and outbound goods.
• Ensure compliance with FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Sort, arrange, and label goods systematically for easy identification.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and stock audits.
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve delivery planning and warehouse efficiency.
• Support process improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce operational delays.
