• Responsible for receiving and issuing of Materials & tools
• Ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received to Stores
• Ensure proper stocking of materials by using appropriate method of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• Coordinating regarding procedures and resolving issues that may arise on receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus supply
• General Supervision on the site regarding wastage of material, improper use of material etc.
• Update the stock periodically.
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, reconciling & inspecting of material and tools

• Fully or Partially Qualified in relevant field
• Minimum 3-6 years' experience in relevant field
• Knowledge in MEP materials is Must.
• Computer literacy is essential
• Having experience in construction field is must
• Exposure in Overseas projects would be an added advantage
• Good Communication both verbal and written skills in English
