Senior .NET Developer - Tech for Good | Hybrid (3 days in Holywood, Co. Down)

MCS Group is delighted to be working with an innovative Tech for Good organisation. With continued growth and exciting greenfield projects ahead, they're looking for a Senior .Net Developer to take ownership of key technical decisions and drive engineering excellence across the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior engineer who wants to shape architecture, influence product direction, and work in a collaborative, mission‑led environment where your ideas make a real difference.

• Lead the design and development of new product features using .NET, AWS, and SQL/No
  
  SQL technologies.
• Drive best practices, coding standards, and high‑quality engineering principles.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Take technical ownership across projects and contribute to architectural decisions.

• Strong experience designing and building scalable applications in C#/.NET.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, relational and non‑relational databases.
• Experience working with cloud technologies.
• A passion for quality code, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with React or similar front‑end frameworks is advantageous.
