Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our team on a full‑time basis as Sales Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely interested in making a difference, someone who takes pride in improving how things are done and isn't afraid to share their ideas. The ideal candidate will think for themselves, provide constructive feedback, and actively contribute to refining our processes and client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Point of contact for client enquiries.
  • Manage and follow up on existing and new client enquiries to ensure timely responses.
  • Prepare and issue fee proposals and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and correspondence to determine if clients wish to proceed, using basic sales probing techniques.
  • Confirm client bookings and ensure all relevant systems
  • Update and maintain sales and administrative records to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Schedule and follow up on annual Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) appointments
  • Support the National Sales Executive in day‑to‑day administrative tasks and communications.
Ideal Candidate
  • Excellent IT skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat PDF, CRM Systems
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to conduct confident, professional follow-up conversations with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach to teamwork
