THE ROLE
Recruitment is a complex sales role; you will be responsible for developing business as well as sourcing potential candidates and managing the process right through to offer stage.
Your role will be to deliver the full 蘸 recruitment cycle" sourcing CV’s, head hunting, business developing and networking with industry hiring managers to negotiate and win your own new clints. Operating for over 25 years, Oval has developed a significant number of long standing valued client relationships, ensuring these are nurtured and grown will be key in continuing to deliver high calibre candidates for their business’
Responsibilities:
-Identifying and developing new business relationships
-Consulting clients on recruitment process and responding to needs
-Sourcing and attracting passive/active candidates within your sector
-Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer
-Offer management and negotiation
-Networking to build business information
Key Performance Indicators:
-To monitor and review individual performance against an agreed range of Key
-Performance Indicators.
-Telephone usage
-New jobs registered
-Face-to-face candidate registrations
-Hot candidate specs
-Speed of delivery of candidate shortlist
-Client interviews
-Sales visits with existing and potential clients
-Exclusivity ratios
Job fill ratios
Major Accounts & Client Development:
-Supporting Heads Of and Directors, to help grow major accounts and to achieve significant levels of retained and exclusive business.
-To contribute to formal pitches and tenders.
-To contribute to relevant contract/tender/PSL negotiations as appropriate.
-To develop client relationships of genuine depth and personal warmth, locking out competitors and gaining significant repeat business.
Marketing Support:
-Ensure day-to-day communication and operational collateral is highly professional in its appearance.
-To contribute to the marketing of the business, originating new ideas for consideration and working positively with Recruitment Support.
-To attend marketing and corporate events as appropriate.
