The Role
Reporting to the Materials Management Manager, you will be responsible for the compliance reconciliation of waste transfer documents against contracted movements in our bespoke system. The role ensures all waste bookings are environmentally compliant with legislation, maintaining data accuracy and meeting KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities- Receipt of proof of deliveries, waste transfer notes and consignment notes.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to cross‑reference completed loads.
- Complete Duty of Care audits on waste transfer notes and consignment notes to ensure environmental compliance.
- Reconcile waste transfer documents in our bespoke system.
- Investigate queries arising from audits, liaise or escalated where necessary and seek resolutions.
- Liaise both internally and externally to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure documentation from suppliers conforms to industry standards and is delivered within SLA’s.
- Working hours:
37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. - Full‑time role based in the Doncaster office; candidates should live within reasonable distance to DN9 3GA
