We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager with a strong background in cladding systems and fire stopping works

• Manage all site activities related to cladding installation and fire stopping works
  .
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety standards, and health & safety requirements
  .
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on cladding and fire stopping installations.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, with a focus on cladding and fire stopping
  .
• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and building envelope systems
  .
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
