We are now looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Social Media & Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, co‑ordinating, and executing all social media content for Riverside Motor Group and our brand partners including Volvo, Honda, SEAT, CUPRA, BYD & Polestar. The ideal candidate will have a creative and strategic mindset, as well as strong organisation and communication skills.
As the Social Media & Content Creator, you will work closely with the management teams and Group Marketing Manager to research, identify new trends, develop and execute effective social media content to help promote brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and build positive relationships within the local communities.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Social Media Content Executive?- Create and publish content tailored for key social channels e.g. Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, You Tube etc.
- Advise senior leaders on social strategy and emerging trends
- Manage content calendars and scheduling using Sprout
- Analyse performance using Sprout
- Strong videography skills and editing
- Edit multimedia assets with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop
- Work independently across all of our locations while collaborating effectively with others
- Ensure all content reflects a client‑first mindset
- Ensure all manufacturer brand standards are adhered to
- Strong experience in social media or digital marketing
- Experience in automotive is a plus
- Strong grasp of platform best practices and cultural trends
- Skilled in content creation, videography and editing
- Proficient with Sprout, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
- Detail‑focused and thrives under pressure
