£27,810 per annum

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working exclusively with a manufacturing business based in Doncaster who are looking for a Customer Service Admin to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis.

The role of Customer Service Administrator acts as a knowledgeable first point of contact for a set of consistent customers.

• Be the first line of support for customers — answering calls, responding to enquiries, and providing expert product advice.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and amendments accurately across multiple systems.
• Follow up on deliveries to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve order queries, explore alternatives for unavailable products, and keep communication clear and proactive.
• Support our sales efforts by discussing promotions and helping customers make the most of our full product range.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure we deliver on our customer commitments.
• Maintain accurate records, check reports within SAP, and assist with general admin duties.
