A national environmental management business with a staggering success and growth rate over the last 20-30 years is looking to recruit 2 Client Administrators asap. Salary £28,500 to £33,000 plus bonuses to circa £3,000 – £5,000 on top plus company benefits. Office based in South Yorkshire.

Your remit will be to manage client relationships through effective administration, systems management and client liaison.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all account queries and support requests.
• Work within a team to manage a large portfolio of customers, handling everyday tasks, tenders and proposals.
• Maintain and grow an existing customer base by providing excellent customer service and proactive account management.
• Forge excellent long‑standing relationships with customers, meeting all their operational needs day‑to‑day.
• Maximise spend through effective account management, knowing each customer inside out.
