Head Receptionist

Location: Conisbrough Dental Practice, Doncaster, DN12 3DB

Hours: 40 per week.

As Head Receptionist you are the first point of contact for every patient, welcoming them, ensuring their experience is positive and managing the front‑of‑house operations of the practice.

• Provide an exceptional patient journey both in person and over the phone.
• Manage appointment diaries and keep timeslots filled accurately.
• Educate patients on NHS and private treatment options and complete relevant forms within specified timescales.
• Process payments and follow up on outstanding patient debt.
• Coordinate with dental laboratories, supply companies, and other external organisations.

• Dental reception experience.
• Excellent customer service and rapport‑building skills.
• Passion for expanding knowledge of treatment options in dentistry.
• Structured, organised work style and ability to meet practice KPIs.
• IT proficiency and willingness to learn SOE software.
• Strong attention to detail, resilience and a positive attitude.
• Team‑player with strong communication skills.
