Lead Geotechnical Driller

An expanding multidiciplinary consultancy with a long track record in civil, structural, and environmental engineering, is expanding their ground investigation team and looking for an experienced Geotechnical Driller. The Lead Geotechnical Driller selected will be offered:

What the Lead Geotechnical Driller role involves:

Operate and maintain drilling and sampling rigs, including window sampling and dynamic probing equipment.

Collect accurate soil and groundwater samples in accordance with industry standards.

Record site data, sample depths, and ground conditions clearly and precisely.

Carry out daily safety checks and basic maintenance on rigs.

Work closely with technical staff to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Be willing to travel and stay away from home when required (expenses paid).

What you'll need to be considered for the Lead Geotechnical Driller role:

Proven track record in geotechnical or environmental drilling.

CSCS card (essential).

NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling or equivalent (preferred).

Full UK driving licence.

Commitment to safe working and flexibility to work across multiple sites.
