Head of Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our senior leadership team in Adult Social Care in Doncaster. As Head of Service, you will lead services in Doncaster thatfocus on supporting people with a Learning Disability and or mental health needsto live in a place that they call home, with the people and things that they love,doing things that matter to them.

You will be responsible for leading a range of services including our Community Adult Learning Disability Team, Mental Health Social Work Team, Approved Mental Health Professional Team in addition to a range of in-house Care Quality Commission registered direct care services that support people with a learning disability.

There has never been a more exciting time to work in this area of social care as we continue to develop our services for the benefi t of local people. You willwork closely with senior offi cers to help shape the Future Options Services andwider community support, tangibly benefi tting the lives of local people. Our practice framework and ‘Making it Real’ foundations will be central to your values,knowledge base and approach.
