Job Description

Cleaning Operative – Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services.

Location:

CO‑OP Canley Lane & CO‑OP Goodison Boulevard (DN4 6NL).

Hours:

24 per week, Monday‑Saturday, 4 hours per day (12 hours per week at each site). Pay: £12.21 per hour.

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well‑maintained, and in safe working order.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and schedule of work.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals while following Health & Safety requirements.
• Complete all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and exercise own initiative.
• Develop positive, productive relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
• Seek continuous improvement and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
