If you are an ambitious Operations Director seeking a clear path to Managing Director, this role represents a significant opportunity. It sits within a multisite manufacturing set up and offers the chance for a high performing Operations Director to take on broader responsibility across multiple facilities, introducing structure, consistency and stronger operational leadership. The role involves global travel of up to 40 per cent of the month.

• Owning and executing operational plans that support long term growth
• Driving efficiency, quality and cost performance across multiple sites
• Bringing structure, governance and consistency to each location
• Building capability and developing future leaders, supported by the company’s strong talent management framework
• Introducing standardised processes and strengthening operational maturity
• Using lean thinking and data to drive decisions and performance

• Strong manufacturing operations experience, ideally with exposure to multiple sites, or the capability and ambition to take on multisite responsibility
• A record of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, cost and output
• Solid knowledge of lean and continuous improvement methods
• The confidence to challenge, influence and lead change
• The ability to develop teams and lift leadership capability across sites
