Finishing Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager to work on a timber frame apartment development in Doncaster. The scheme consists of two blocks of timber frame apartments, totalling 36 units. You will be joining an established site team to drive the internal works through to handover.

The Role
As Finishing Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing and coordinating all internal and external finishing works to achieve programme, quality and safety targets.
Key duties will include:
 
* Take responsibility for managing and coordinating all internal and external finishing works
 
* Oversee all finishing trades through to successful handover Manage subcontractors, quality control and defect resolution
 
* Coordinate with Site Management and Project Management teams
 
* Ensure works are delivered to the highest standards of quality and health & safety
 
* Manage snagging, commissioning and client handover Maintain accurate site records and ensure RAMS compliance
About You
You will be an experienced Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Manager with a proven track record managing finishing package for main contractors or residential developers.
 
* Strong knowledge of internal fit-out, façades and finishing packages
 
* Ability to work to demanding programmes and quality standards
 
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
 
* SMSTS (5 Day), CSCS Site Manager Card and First Aid at Work
Apply & Rewards
You'll receive a competitive rate of £25 Per Hour, paid a minimum 9 hours per day, Saturdays are also on offer working until 1pm but paid the full shift.
