** Day-to-day responsibilities
*** Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful
* Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups
* Manage and audit stocktakes
* Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback
* Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
** What success looks like in this role
*** Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
* Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
* A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
* Genuine care for people, and always stiving for the best possible team member experience.
