Position: Night Shift Supervisor (Permanent)
Production Supervisor – Night Shift (Manufacturing)

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing operation on a permanent night shift basis. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a solid background in manufacturing or production environments.

Location:

Doncaster, DN11
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 10:00pm – 6:00am
Salary: £42,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support production operatives during night shifts

* Lead by example through hands-on involvement in production activities

* Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met

* Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and machine performance

* Enforce health & safety procedures and company policies

* Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner

* Complete shift reports and handovers to senior management

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment

* Strong hands-on approach with the ability to lead teams effectively

* Good understanding of production processes and quality control

* Ability to work independently during night shifts

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
