Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

* Operate bespoke tray-cleaning machinery safely and efficiently

* Conduct product quality checks to ensure standards are met

* Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance

* Support productivity goals including absence/holiday cover when required

* Maintain a safe and well-organised work environment

* Take on additional reasonable duties as skills develop

Machine Operator Persons Specification

* Minimum 2 years’ experience operating machinery in a production environment

* Additional electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic skills are an advantage

* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn

* Must have full UK work authorisation

Machine Operator Shift & Hours

* 4 on / 4 off rotation, 12-hour shifts including days, 6AM to 6PM

* Overtime and weekend work may be required
