Mechanical Fitter – Night Shift
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team on a permanent night shift basis.
Location:
Doncaster DN11
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 10:00pm – 6:00am
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out mechanical fitting, maintenance, and repair work on plant and machinery
* Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults in a timely manner
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
* Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
* Accurately complete maintenance documentation
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Mechanical Fitter role or similar
* Strong mechanical knowledge and fault-finding ability
* Ability to work independently during night shifts
* Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Relevant mechanical qualifications or apprenticeship (preferred)
