Injection Moulding Slinger Setter
Ethos Foundation
A leading injection moulding business looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to join our expanding team. We supply products to various market sectors for blue‑chip clients and have invested heavily over the last five years with plans to grow further.

- Set up and adjust injection moulding machines and equipment according to established procedures to ensure smooth and efficient production runs.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with moulds and machines, making effective repairs or adjustments as necessary to meet production goals.
- Perform tool changes and mould maintenance activities to prevent downtime and ensure product quality.
- Ensure production runs are completed on schedule and that products meet or exceed customer specifications.
- Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the process, performing in‑process inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Train and supervise production personnel to ensure understanding and compliance with established procedures and protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date production records, including schedules, maintenance logs, and quality control reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe and productive work environment.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in injection moulding; leadership experience is an advantage.
- In‑depth knowledge of the injection moulding process, including tool changes, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, able to train and supervise production personnel for high‑quality, efficient production.
- Experience with a range of materials using both hot‑runner and cold‑runner systems.
- Experience with quality control procedures, including in‑process inspections and corrective actions.
- Strong computer skills, with experience using production software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong commitment to health and safety protocols, with a proven track record of promoting a safe environment.
- Experience with 3‑axis / 6‑axis robots.
