Workshop Foreman

About the role

Our nationwide Plant and Tool division hires equipment such as diggers, dumpers, and small power tools for companies in construction, utilities, and infrastructure. As a Foreman, you will run the workshop, maximizing plant availability, allocating workload to depot fitters, and ensuring maintenance of equipment. You will also support and develop the team to maximize performance while ensuring health and safety.

• Proven experience as a senior plant mechanic/fitter with relevant mechanical qualification or time served
• Sound knowledge of heavy plant machinery maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to develop and manage teams in a fast-paced workshop
• Valid driving licence
