Machine Operator

We are seeking reliable Machine Operator to work as Winders in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role involving manual and repetitive tasks supporting the production of cables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feeding materials into production machines

• Operating winding machinery used in cable manufacturing

• Monitoring machines during operation

• Carrying out repetitive manual tasks to support production flow

• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Shifts:
Days and Nights rotation - 6am
-6pm / 6pm - 6am

4 Nights, 3 OFF, 3 Nights, 4 OFF, 4 Days, 3 OFF, 3 Days, 4 OFF.

Pay:

12.21 - 13.34 per hour

Requirements, Experience, and Person Specification:

• Ability to prioritise tasks and complete them accurately and on time.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Good communication skills.

• Previous experience operating machinery
