The Role As a Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the factory floor. This is a hands-on, operational position responsible for staff coordination, safety, quality, and performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily organisation and workflow on the factory floor Ensure production targets and PPOH KPIs are consistently met Train, support, and develop staff in machine operation and departmental procedures Respond promptly to internal communication regarding customer requirements Maintain and enforce high standards of Health & Safety Take an active, practical role in production operations What We're Looking For Previous Production Supervisor or production team leader experience Background in manufacturing or production environments Strong organisational skills with a passion for efficiency KPI-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach Effective people leadership with hands-on operational ability Motivated by structure, performance, and delivering results What's on Offer £35,000 annual salary (potential flexibility depending on experience) Company pension Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) 24 days holiday Monday–Friday schedule (typically 10am–6:30pm) Supportive and stable working environment
