About the Role:

We are recruiting for a hands-on Day Shift Supervisor to join a busy industrial processing facility in Doncaster. You will oversee daily operations, support the site team, and ensure production targets and safe working practices are maintained throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise a team of operatives and machinery operators

* Manage daily workflow and production targets

* Maintain strict health & safety standards on-site

* Carry out shift handovers and toolbox talks

* Complete basic reporting and operational paperwork

* Communicate with senior management regarding staffing and performance

Skills & Experience Required:

* Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role (industrial, manufacturing, waste, aggregates, logistics, or similar environments considered)

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Good understanding of safe working practices

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, manual environment

* Proactive and organised approach to managing people and workloads

Desirable:

* Experience in heavy plant or industrial settings beneficial

* FLT or plant licences advantageous (not essential)
