Production Operative

Production Operative - Harworth, Doncaster

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our clients team based in Harworth. This is a full‑time, ongoing position offering consistent hours and weekly pay.

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 14:30pm
• 40 hours per week
• £12.21 per hour
• Paid weekly on Fridays

Job

Duties Include:

• Machine operating
• Measuring components accurately
• Sorting components according to size/specification
• Assembling to specification
• Assisting with general workshop duties and ensuring high quality standards are met
• Ensuring Health and Safety compliance

Training:

Full training will be provided on site.

Requirements:

• Good attention to detail and ability to measure accurately
• Ability and Willingness to learn and follow structured training
• Reliability and good timekeeping
