About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the showroom – offering expert advice and personalised service to clients who are seeking stunning, high-quality interior solutions. From recommending bespoke bathroom and kitchen concepts to preparing detailed quotations, you’ll guide customers through their journey with care and confidence.

What You’ll Do:

* Welcome clients warmly and build instant rapport

* Understand each customer’s needs and recommend product ranges that suit their vision, space, and budget

* Provide accurate, tailored quotations

* Handle customer payments with professionalism and accuracy

* Keep the showroom presentation at its best, ensuring displays are immaculate and up to date

* Maintain strong knowledge of all product ranges and stay informed on latest trends and innovations

What We’re Looking For:

* A confident communicator with a genuine passion for interiors and design

* Previous experience in retail or showroom-based sales (bathroom or kitchen sales experience is a bonus!)

* A positive, target-driven attitude with the ability to upsell and close sales

* Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour

* Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills
