We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team at our head office, based in Doncaster. In this role, the main responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and expand existing customer relationships. This is a commercially focused position, ideal for individuals with a background in sales or account management who are passionate about driving growth and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage outbound leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling (e.g., Linked In).
  • Qualify and develop inbound leads provided by the marketing team.
  • Re-engage with dormant or nonresponsive leads as directed by the account management team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets, with a track record of growing accounts and building new client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
